Do you offer sample sizes before I commit to a full bottle?

At present we sell full-size products only, formulated in modest batches so freshness is not an issue even without travel sizes.

What time do you dispatch orders, and how will I know it has shipped?

Orders placed on business days before 11:30 are prepared for dispatch that same day, and we send tracking details by email once the parcel leaves our workshop.

Can I return a product if I change my mind?

Yes. Unused items in their original packaging can be returned within 30 days of delivery. Please contact us first so we can arrange the return properly.

How do I know the ingredients are what the label says?

Every batch is checked against a reference sample before it leaves our workshop, and each label lists the full ingredient set in plain language, with nothing hidden behind a vague blend name.
