You are welcome to try any item from Elmsworth & Rowe. Should it not suit you, return it within 30 days and we will refund the full price of the item.
The promise
Any item may be returned within 30 days of delivery, for any reason whatsoever. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 3 business days of our receiving the return.

Should an item arrive damaged or be lost in transit, we will replace or refund it at our own expense.

Cash on delivery or bank transfer only; no card prepayment is required and no card details are collected.
How to claim
- Send your order number to [email protected].
- We will reply within one business day with a return number and the address for despatch.
- Send the item to us; your refund is confirmed once it has arrived.
