From the moment your order is placed with Elmsworth & Rowe to the day it reaches your door, there are four straightforward steps.
Choose
Each product page sets out its contents, the quantity supplied and its place in a daily routine. Compare items, read the reviews, and add your selection to the cart.
Order
Payment may be made by cash on delivery or bank transfer. A confirmation email with your order number is sent immediately.
Dispatch
Orders placed before the daily cut-off time are packed and dispatched that same business day, handed to an insured courier and assigned a tracking number.
Use and return
Follow the routine described on the label. Should you change your mind, the item may be returned within 30 days under the conditions set out on our Returns page.
The standard we hold ourselves to
Whole Botanical Extracts, No Fillers
Every formula is built on cold-pressed plant oils and whole botanical extracts, so what you apply is what the label says, not thinned out with cheap water-based fillers.
Cold-Pressed Extraction, No Synthetic Binders
We press our oils at low temperature to keep their natural texture and scent intact, rather than leaning on synthetic binders to fake a smooth finish.
Batch Checked Before Dispatch
Before an order leaves our workshop, someone on our small team checks the colour, scent and consistency of that batch against a kept reference sample.
Direct Doorstep Dispatch
Orders are packed in protective, eco-friendly materials and sent straight from our workshop to your door, with tracking provided at dispatch.
Common questions
Do you offer sample sizes before I commit to a full bottle?
At present we sell full-size products only, formulated in modest batches so freshness is not an issue even without travel sizes.
What time do you dispatch orders, and how will I know it has shipped?
Orders placed on business days before 11:30 are prepared for dispatch that same day, and we send tracking details by email once the parcel leaves our workshop.
Can I return a product if I change my mind?
Yes. Unused items in their original packaging can be returned within 30 days of delivery. Please contact us first so we can arrange the return properly.
