These terms apply to every order placed on elmsworthrowe.info, operated by Elmsworth & Rowe Ltd.. By placing an order, you accept them. Please read them alongside our Delivery, Returns and Privacy pages.

The goods
Elmsworth & Rowe Ltd. sells finished cosmetic and personal care products, including but not limited to facial skincare, body care, haircare, fragrance and colour cosmetics, formulated and labelled for retail sale to consumers in the United Kingdom in accordance with applicable cosmetic product regulation. Product pages describe contents, quantity and form. Photographs are illustrative; packaging may vary slightly.
Ordering and contract
An order is placed once checkout is completed. We confirm it by email; the contract is formed upon dispatch of the goods. We may decline an order where stock is unavailable or details cannot be verified, in which case any payment made is refunded.
Prices and payment
Prices are shown in GBP and include VAT where applicable. Delivery charges appear at checkout before payment. Accepted payment methods: Cash on delivery, Bank transfer. We reserve the right to correct an evident pricing error before dispatch, offering you the choice to confirm or cancel.

Delivery options, timeframes and charges are detailed on the Delivery & Payment page. Risk passes to you upon receipt of the goods.
Product images and colours
Product photographs depict the goods as shipped. Screen colours vary with calibration, browser and ambient light; a slight variation in shade is not a defect and does not constitute grounds for return or compensation. Dimensions, materials and contents are stated on each product page.
Transfer of risk
The goods remain our responsibility until handed to the courier, or to the named recipient at the address provided. From that point, risk of loss or damage passes to you. Visible transport damage should be noted with the courier and reported to us within 48 hours.
Returns and warranty
Goods may be returned within 30 days of delivery, as described on the Returns page. All cosmetic products supplied by Elmsworth & Rowe Ltd. are guaranteed to be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose and as described, in accordance with the Consumer Rights Act 2015. Where a product is found to be faulty or mis-described within six months of delivery, you are entitled to a repair, replacement or refund as provided by statute, in addition to and independent of our 30-day return window.
- Customized or personalized cosmetic sets or engraved packaging
- Products with a short recommended period after opening (PAO) or limited shelf-life once unsealed
- Cosmetic items with a broken hygiene seal, induction seal or shrink band, for reasons of dermal safety and biosecurity
- Goods inseparably mixed with other items after delivery, such as gift bundles opened by the consumer
- Digital content, such as unsealed downloadable skincare guides or media, once accessed
Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the total liability of Elmsworth & Rowe Ltd. arising from any order shall not exceed the total value of that order as paid by the customer. Nothing in this clause limits liability for death, personal injury or fraud caused by negligence, which cannot be excluded under United Kingdom law. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
Age and use
You must be at least 18 years of age to place an order. Products should be used as described on the label; they are not intended as a substitute for medical advice.
Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, including the Consumer Rights Act 2015, the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, and applicable United Kingdom cosmetic product safety legislation. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales. Should a disagreement not be resolved through direct correspondence with us, it will be referred to the competent court at the seller's registered address, without prejudice to the consumer rights afforded to you in your country of residence.
